Dumfries Youth Theatre was established in 1996 to give young people in Dumfries the opportunity to create outstanding theatre by young audiences.

The new Regional Ensemble is a pilot project we are testing as part of the Year of Young People which is running across Scotland.
Thirty young people from all over Dumfries & Galloway are coming together to create the regions first ever Youth Theatre in the summer of 2018.
The project is run in partnership with Dumfries & Galloway College, Year of Young People and Awards for All.
